• Current Epic Healthy Planet Certification is mandatory for submission.
• Strong Epic Healthy Planet build, configuration, and optimization experience.
• Hands-on registry development, maintenance, and population health workflow experience.
• Strong Reporting Workbench, dashboards, and population health reporting experience.
• Experience supporting HEDIS, eCQMs, and healthcare quality reporting programs.
• Strong care management, care gaps, and patient outreach workflow experience.
• Experience configuring risk models, attribution workflows, and care gap logic.
• Experience troubleshooting population health reporting and data integrity issues.
• Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, optimization, and end-user support.
• Strong collaboration with clinical, quality, and population health stakeholders.
