Security Technician | Centennial, CO, United States | On-site

The Role

  • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve security system and application issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks and perform routine configuration changes to maximize system availability.
  • Conduct pre-deployment testing of upgrades and major modifications, and perform on-site installations.
  • Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control system.
  • Produce clear technical documentation for diverse audiences.

What You'll Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
