We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized leader in security technology solutions, known for its comprehensive portfolio and commitment to protecting people, customers, and assets. This established integrator is seeking skilled technicians to join their dedicated service team.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability.
• Perform routine configuration changes and document all system modifications.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing for upgrades and major modifications.
• Install software upgrades and major modifications on-site.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
