The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure system uptime and performance. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic security systems. • Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize system availability and identify faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions. • Document all system modifications and conduct pre-deployment testing. • Install software upgrades and modifications at customer sites. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
