Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology and engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive project planning, governance, delivery, risk management, financials, and executive stakeholder alignment while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology implementations, integrations, and transformation projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate internal, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, governance, risk, issue, and change management.
• Monitor project financials, schedule performance, quality, KPIs, and value realization.
• Establish executive governance, provide leadership reporting, and resolve escalated issues.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Assess business impact of changes and reforecast project value and outcomes.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience with 5+ years leading large-scale technology/engineering initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum Master, and DevSecOps
• Expertise in IT/Technology project delivery, governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and project financial/schedule reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• ServiceNow experience or a strong ServiceNow/process-oriented mindset preferred
