Job Description

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Human Resource professional to support our titanium casting manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate full cycle recruitment for production and professional roles, manage onboarding and new hire orientation, and support employees and supervisors with day to day HR questions. You will assist with benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and timekeeping accuracy, while helping leaders with performance management, attendance, and corrective actions. You'll champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, partnering with operations to sustain a high performing, accountable workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, including time and attendance
  • Support employee relations, coaching supervisors on policy and performance issues
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards
  • Partner with operations to support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
  • Support performance management, corrective actions, and documentation
  • Assist with HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate HR training sessions and support engagement and retention efforts
