Job Description

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience in enterprise administration and production support for the nCino platform.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform administration, including automated approval paths, object models, and security profiles.
  • Experience with configuring nCino consumer and retail loan origination modules across large branch networks.
  • Experience in administering commercial banking workflows, small business lending modules, and SBA lending features.
  • Experience with resolving production ticket escalations, conducting root-cause analysis, and deploying system enhancements.
  • Experience in managing full lifecycle enterprise software implementations and multi-site production rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills to partner directly with product owners and business units.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on administration, configuration management, and ongoing technical support for the nCino platform.
  • Lead the operational deployment of consumer loan origination capabilities across distributed retail branch networks.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform defects, resolve production incident escalations, and implement sustainable enhancements.
  • Configure Salesforce-based approval processes, validation rules, and automation workflows natively within nCino.
  • Maintain the existing commercial banking environment and assist in the development of future small business lending features.
  • Partner with product owners and operational teams to prioritize backlog enhancements and execute platform changes.
  • Provide technical consultation and best-practice guidance to optimize user adoption and overall banking workflows.
