Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Consultant

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schemas, datasets, identities, data streams, and data governance.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Data Collection / Tags and AEP Web SDK.

• Experience designing CJA Connections, Data Views, derived fields, calculated metrics, filters, attribution, persistence, and session logic.

• Experience translating business KPIs and measurement requirements into technical analytics designs and dashboards.

• Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts including engagement, navigation, content performance, search behavior, campaign measurement, segmentation, and attribution.

 • Experience developing Solution Design References, tracking specifications, data mappings, KPI dictionaries, and implementation documentation.

• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills across data collection, AEP ingestion, CJA configuration, and reporting.

 • Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) certification.

• Experience implementing analytics for authenticated digital experiences, content-rich portals, or enterprise web platforms.

• Experience integrating digital experience data into AEP/CJA where identity, privacy, and governance requirements are important.

• Experience migrating measurement approaches from Adobe Analytics concepts to CJA/XDM-based architectures, including mapping legacy variables into an event- and attribute-based model.

• Experience developing executive and operational reporting in CJA Analysis Workspace.

• Additional Adobe certifications related to Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Experience Cloud are a plus
