The Role • Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals. • Build and manage your client base, fostering long-term relationships. • Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes. • Focus on building relationships and closing deals, with marketing, lead generation, and customer service handled by the back office. What You'll Need • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients. • A self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system. • Motivation to control and maximize personal income through performance. • Comfort with overnight travel within your territory Monday through Thursday. • The ability to obtain necessary insurance licensing.
