In-Home Sales Representative - Building Products Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and contractors to sell premium windows, doors, and skylights. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess project needs, present customized product and design solutions, and provide accurate quotes. Using your product knowledge and consultative selling skills, you'll guide customers through options for performance, aesthetics, and budget while ensuring a superior experience. You will follow up on leads, manage your sales pipeline, and collaborate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and contractors to assess project needs
• Recommend Marvin window, door, and skylight solutions tailored to design, performance, and budget
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals
• Deliver polished sales presentations and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Manage and follow up on leads; maintain an organized sales pipeline in CRMCollaborate with manufacturing, installation, and service teams for smooth project delivery
• Educate customers on product options, warranties, and maintenance
• Stay current on product knowledge, building trends, and competitive offerings
• Travel within assigned territory and maintain a safe, professional presence on job sites
