In-Home Consultative Sales Representative - Building Products Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to help homeowners select premium windows, doors, and skylights. You will travel to customer homes, assess project needs, take accurate measurements, and recommend customized Marvin solutions. Using consultative selling, you'll prepare quotes, present product options, and close sales while meeting revenue and margin goals. You'll build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records in our CRM. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess project needs and recommend Marvin products
• Take precise measurements and gather site details for accurate estimates
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and financing options to customers
• Use consultative selling to explain features, benefits, and value to homeowners
• Follow up on marketing-generated and self-generated leads to close sales
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline, and activities in CRM software
• Collaborate with installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and margin targets
• Stay current on Marvin products, installation basics, and building trends
