JD:

·        84 months of experience in IT, systems engineering, and operational technology specifically in an architect or lead systems engineer role.

·        84 months of experience with IT/OT Convergence that integrates OT systems (like traffic signals) with modern IT systems (cloud databases, data lakes, and enterprise analytics).

·        72 months experience designing secure architectures that isolate sensitive OT control networks from corporate IT networks

·        72 months of experience designing and implementing hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or private clouds) that ingest massive streams of real-time data.

·        60 months of experience with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) devices, including Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS), and vehicle detection systems (radar, microwave, loop detectors).

·        48 months of experience managing a team consisting of solution architects, data architects, and/or business/systems analysts

·        48 months of experience evaluating, selecting, and managing hardware and software vendors, ensuring they adhere to Federal and/or State Policies and Standards
