Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve product strategy for 7BOSS and ShiftSmart integration capabilities.
• Translate operational needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.
• Lead product definition and delivery for the ShiftSmart integration, including business requirements and user workflows.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and Store Systems teams to establish reliable integration patterns.
• Build and enhance capabilities supporting daily store operations, including inventory and pricing workflows.
• Drive integration across 7BOSS, POS, and external vendor platforms for a seamless operational experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact across Store Systems, operations, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Write and refine user stories, manage backlog grooming, and participate in sprint planning and execution.
• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, integration reliability, and operational impact.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 3 5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools or retail technology.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Familiarity with store systems, workflow management, or retail operations is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting retail, field operations, or workforce-management integrations.
• Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, or operational analytics.
• Bachelor s degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
