Product Management Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a Product Management Lead in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to define product strategy, vision, roadmap, objectives, and milestones
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define and drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requirements based on business priorities
• Lead backlog grooming and support sprint planning and Agile delivery activities
• Coordinate communication between Scrum teams and business/technical stakeholders
• Conduct product and milestone demonstrations with stakeholders
• Review completed user stories against defined acceptance criteria
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery priorities
• Partner with Engineering and Delivery leadership to communicate project status and risks
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, metrics, and reporting
• Lead, coach, and mentor Product Analysts
• Evaluate product health, reliability, usability, and opportunities for improvement
• Consider ROI, cost, benefits, and financial impact when prioritizing product initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 5+ years of Product Management/Product Analyst leadership experience within Software Engineering or Information Technology
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience managing complex software products throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience managing multiple products, releases, or critical technology initiatives
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong background writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Strong technical understanding of software platforms, integrations, implementations, and support
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience within the Travel/Hospitality industry strongly preferred
• Experience with Interactive TV, Digital Signage, or similar digital technology products is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
