The Role

• Act as a residential sales representative, engaging with new and existing customers.
• Drive to sales locations, meet clients in their homes, and present service options.
• Focus on relationship selling and securing repeat business through successful one-call closes.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted sales goals through excellent customer service.
• Capitalize on an uncapped commission structure to control your earning potential.

What You'll Need

• Proven track record in outside sales, particularly in a one-call-close, in-home residential environment.
• Experience within skilled trades industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, solar, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, and access attics/crawl spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; bilingual skills are preferred.
