About therole

Bunge isseeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator todeliver high-quality administrative, financial and operationalsupport across both Bunbury Town Office and Bunbury Portsites.

This roleacts as a central coordination point between site operations,logistics, finance, HR and external stakeholders. You will play acritical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day office management,maintaining compliance and supporting smooth businessoperations.

Thesuccessful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environmentwhere priorities may shift in line with operationalneeds.

Duties includebut are not limited to

  • Provide high-qualityadministrative support to leadership and site teams
  • Managecorrespondence, mail, courier services and keycommunications
  • Maintain officefacilities, equipment and workspace standards
  • Coordinate travel,meetings, events and site logistics
  • Procure officesupplies, PPE, uniforms and operational materials
  • Support data entry,grain inventory administration and discrepancyinvestigation
  • Process invoices andassist with finance, audit and record managementactivities
  • Maintain compliancedocumentation, support safety initiatives, and assist withrecruitment and onboarding

Aboutyou

  • Demonstratedexperience in an administration role within an operational,logistics or industrial environment
  • Advanced MicrosoftOffice skills, particularly in Outlook, Word andExcel
  • Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
  • Highattention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience withbusiness systems (e.g. SAP or similar) desirable
  • Qualification inBusiness Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Current and valid Cclass driver's license
