3-5 years of experience in:
ServiceNow HRSD
Employee Experience platforms
HR technology implementations
HR process automation
Employee self-service solutions
• Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with workflow automation and case management.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow HRSD certification.
• Workday integration experience.
• Experience with Virtual Agent or conversational technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI assistants, or chatbots.
• Experience supporting large enterprise employee populations.
• Exposure to knowledge management and enterprise search platforms.
