Business Development Manager – Staffing
Redefined Corp is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong US IT staffing background who can bring in direct clients and new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/business development.
- Strong network of direct clients and proven client acquisition experience.
- Ability to generate new leads, establish relationships, and close staffing contracts.
- Experience with MSP/VMS and direct client engagement is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a proven track record of bringing direct clients/business.
