Recruiter

Review open positions and understand job requirements with hiring managers or supervisors. Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on required tech stacks and experience. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and interest. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct or assist with candidate interviews. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Complete reference checks and collect required candidate information. Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements. Prepare and communicate offer details to selected candidates. Follow up with candidates during the offer and onboarding process. Update candidate and employee information in the ATS/HR system. Maintain accurate recruiting and employee records. Assist with onboarding and processing new-hire documentation. Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving the organization. Process employee status changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Respond to basic employee or candidate questions and route more complex issues to the appropriate HR team member. Prepare basic recruiting reports and provide updates on open positions. Follow established recruiting and HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
