We're looking for a local Recruiter to help identify, engage, and hire top talent for a contract role with our client in Westerville, OH.
What You'll Do

• Search for and attract top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent.
• Create compelling job postings and proactively network with candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Utilize advanced internet research and recruiting techniques to identify hard-to-find candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source and identify qualified candidates using internet research and recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize workload.
• Comfortable providing professional pushback and influencing hiring decisions when needed.
