The Role

What You'll Need

• Certified training as a Heilerziehungspfleger (or equivalent).
• Experience in developing and implementing support plans.
• Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work in different assignment settings.
