The Role

• Provide individualised and compassionate support to people with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design tailored daily structures and actively promote independence.
• Respond empathetically and situationally to diverse needs.
• Perform basic and specialised nursing care.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and communicate relevant observations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a professional caregiver, registered nurse, or geriatric nurse.
• Previous experience in disability support is desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and an open attitude towards individuals.
• A proactive approach to learning and implementing new processes.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation.
