The Role

• Support and accompany individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design individual daily structures and promote independence.
• Respond empathetically and situationally to diverse needs.
• Provide basic and specialized nursing care.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and communicate relevant observations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (general, health and hospital, or geriatric care).
• Previous experience in disability support is desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and an open attitude when working with individuals.
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively shaping them.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation are inherent qualities.
