The Role

• Support and accompany individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives
• Design individual daily structures and promote independence
• Respond situationally and empathetically to diverse needs
• Provide basic and specialized nursing care
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members
• Document and share relevant observations and progress

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Prior experience in disability support is desirable
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is required
• Empathy, patience, and an open-minded approach when working with individuals
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively contributing to improvements
• A strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and appreciation for others
