The Role

• Support and guide individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design individualized daily structures and promote independent living.
• Respond empathetically and situationally to diverse needs.
• Perform basic and advanced nursing care as required.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and communicate relevant observations to the team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Healthcare Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse.
• Previous experience in disability support is desirable.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and an open-minded approach.
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively contributing to improvements.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and appreciation for others.
