Global Enterprise Sales Manager - Logistics & Transportation

Forward Air is seeking a Global Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our expedited LTL, intermodal, final mile, and transportation management solutions. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, expand strategic accounts in retail, e-commerce, and industrial sectors, and design customer-focused freight solutions in partnership with operations. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies for transportation and warehousing solutions
• Own revenue growth targets across key regions and verticals
• Identify, prospect, and close enterprise logistics and e-commerce accounts
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a distributed sales team
• Collaborate with operations to design expedited LTL and final-mile solutions
• Forecast pipeline, monitor KPIs, and report on sales performance
• Negotiate complex contracts and pricing with strategic customers
• Partner with marketing on go-to-market plans and lead generation
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and customer satisfaction standards
• Represent Forward Air at industry events and customer meetings worldwide
