In-Store HVAC Sales Lead Generator

You'll approach customers, ask discovery questions, explain service options, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors and technicians. • Engage in-store customers to promote Columbus Worthington Air HVAC services

• Capture and accurately enter lead and customer information
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and conversion goals
• Represent the brand professionally within partner retail locations
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize lead quality
