Aviation Training Coordinator

Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training for aviation service teams at Los Angeles International Airport. Coordinate onboarding, safety, compliance and recurrent training; maintain training records and LMS reports; evaluate learning outcomes; and partner with operational leaders to support workforce readiness and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person instructor-led, on-the-job and skills-based training.
• Implement standardized onboarding, safety, compliance and recurrent training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and update records in organization and client learning management systems.
• Review and distribute training completion reports for audit and compliance needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, employee performance data and feedback.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify training needs and improve training processes.
