B. Braun Medical seeks an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to advise leaders on employee relations, talent, performance, engagement, and workforce needs. You will collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to develop practical HR solutions, support employee development, use workforce data to inform decisions, and ensure practices align with company policies and employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on talent, performance, engagement, culture, and employee experience.
- Coach managers on employee relations, progressive discipline, policies, and performance management.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management for assigned groups.
- Support employee development and create plans for key talent.
- Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and workplace concerns.
- Analyze HR metrics and collaborate with HR teams on workforce planning and recruiting.
