Job Description

Recruit hourly manufacturing talent for one or more plant sites, partnering with leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build community pipelines, manage the full hiring process, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. This is a six-month hybrid contract based at the Le Sueur, Minnesota plant.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment strategies with plant leadership to meet production needs and local labor-market conditions.
Partner with hiring managers to tailor talent attraction and recruiting plans for hourly roles.
Advise managers on labor supply, market conditions, and recruitment and hiring practices.
Build candidate pipelines through relationships with community organizations and schools.
Represent the organization at career days, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, offers, compliance, and related staffing projects.
