Must-Have Skills:

• Experience handling daily CRM triaging, reporting, and managing TFS and email requests.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills with a customer service-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in professional services, consulting, customer service, or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
