Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the Digital CRM Product Team and the business for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and system requirements pertaining to the development of the Global Banking Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area of study
• Minimal 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightening
• Understanding of integration efforts and tasks with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions
• Experienced with structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA
• Solid working knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, ETL
• Effectively work with management, onsite/offsite development staff to accomplish project deliverables
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
• Primary Skill: Salesforce Cloud Computing
• Secondary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
• Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines
• Self-starter, good aptitude, problem solver and open to learning new technologies

Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
