Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a similar role.
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing product requirements.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a backlog and maintain well-structured, prioritized, and actionable work.
Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, or other forms of product discovery.
Strong understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria, with the ability to write requirements that are clear and testable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business needs and technical implementation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar product development environments.
Experience with UX/user-centered design, including familiarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, or usability principles
