Senior Product Manager – AI & Digital Health

Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation by identifying and validating emerging technologies and leading 0-to-1 product development, from concept and prototyping to MVPs and pilot launches. The role focuses on turning new technologies into scalable solutions with measurable business value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define innovation strategy by evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and build/buy/partner opportunities.

• Lead product discovery, roadmap development, prototyping, MVPs, and pilot launches.

• Identify high-impact use cases and validate technical feasibility, user adoption, and ROI.

• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and external vendors.

• Track OKRs and performance metrics to determine whether to scale, refine, or discontinue initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of product management experience with successful software product launches.

• Proven 0-to-1 product development and innovation pilot experience.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, automation, and digital health.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Healthcare technology experience required; value-based care or chronic disease management experience preferred.

• Experience in innovation labs, incubators, or technology consulting is a plus.
