Key Responsibilities Execution

• User Experience Scalability: Lead end-to-end UX for single- and multi-location operators, balancing merchant flexibility with an intuitive user experience
• Product Requirement Design: Translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap
• Data-Driven Iteration: Define key performance metrics and leverage product analytics to guide feature iterations
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to build, launch, and scale features
• Stakeholder Alignment: Articulate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
