We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in construction recruitment.

Applicants must have previous construction recruitment experience, an established client network and a proven ability to win new business.

You must also live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office and already have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

We do not offer visa sponsorship, visa transfers or relocation assistance. Applicants requiring sponsorship or relocation will not be considered.

About the Opportunity

We are a growing recruitment business, now one year into our journey, and are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded consultant to join our team.

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, offering the opportunity to develop your own desk, build client relationships and play an important part in the continued growth of the business.

Unlike a large corporate recruitment agency, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's development, with scope to grow your desk and establish yourself as a key member of the team.

The Role

You will manage the full recruitment process, from winning new business and securing vacancies through to sourcing candidates and completing placements. The role will involve both temporary and permanent recruitment within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, generating new business, managing your own client accounts, negotiating terms and delivering a high-quality service to clients and candidates.

What We Are Looking For

Construction recruitment experience is essential. You must have a successful track record as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with the ability to win clients, generate your own vacancies and manage the recruitment process independently.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate an established construction client network, strong commercial awareness and a genuine ability to develop profitable client relationships.

You should be self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working towards targets in a growing business.
