Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding attendance, timekeeping, and general HR inquiries.

Support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and communication. Prepare basic reports related to recruiting activity, attendance, and headcount tracking. Provide support for special projects and other HR functions as needed.

~1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, ideally in an agricultural or production environment.
~ Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Google); experience with HRIS systems a plus.
~ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
~ Office-based with frequent interaction on the production floor of a USDA-inspected pork processing facility.
