Summit Home Care, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients. Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
1-2 years of experience in Home Care HR administration.
~ Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
