Job Description
Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our installation centers.
We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.
This is a full-time hourly position located Downtown KC that includes benefits & vacation time.
We are a casual work environment.
Talks with customers by phone to assist with auto glass installation
Determines charges for parts requested
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.

Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs
Strong organizational skills & sales skills
