Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative to meet face-to-face with customers at our partner retail locations. We work with several well-known big-box retailers throughout the local area, helping customers understand the energy options available for their homes. We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who communicate well and enjoy helping others.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment to:
Engage with customers and answer questions about their home energy options
Review available electricity, natural gas, and other energy programs
Help customers select solutions that fit their needs
Provide a positive, professional customer experience

Compensation
Hourly Pay + Commission
Guaranteed hourly pay
Commission opportunities based on performance
Typical on-target earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000 annually

Comfortable working face-to-face with customers

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is preferred, but not required
Paid training and ongoing career development
