The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and ensure nursing care measures.
• Perform personal care based on individual client needs.
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, including medication.
• Engage with clients and their families respectfully, valuing their self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all professional departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, Nurse, Health and Nursing Assistant).
• Ideally, prior professional experience in nursing or geriatric care.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for nursing care.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
