The Role

• Performing activating basic and specialized nursing care.
• Implementing nursing documentation and care planning.
• Advising care-dependent individuals and their family members.
• Supporting residents in their daily lives and activities.
• Ensuring and advancing quality assurance measures in nursing care.

What You'll Need

• Certified in geriatric nursing, general and specialized nursing, or as a nursing professional.
• High degree of flexibility and empathy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to implement care documentation and planning.
