The Role

• Perform activating basic and specialized nursing care.
• Implement nursing documentation and care planning.
• Advise care-dependent individuals and their family members.
• Support residents in structuring their daily lives.
• Ensure and contribute to the development of quality assurance measures in nursing.

What You'll Need

• Certified geriatric nurse, general nurse, or nursing specialist.
• High degree of flexibility and empathy.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
