The Role

• Provide fundamental personal care and engagement for residents.

What You'll Need

• Completed one-year vocational training in elderly care, or several years of experience in the field.
• Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to and utilize electronic documentation systems for care processes.
• Strong empathy and social competence in interactions with residents.
