Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with strong expertise in Material Flow System (MFS) to design, implement, support, and optimize warehouse automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with SAP EWM, MFS, warehouse automation, and integration with automated material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP EWM warehouse processes.
• Work on Inbound and Outbound Processing.
• Configure Putaway and Picking Strategies.
• Implement and support Handling Unit (HU) Management.
• Configure Warehouse Tasks and Warehouse Orders.
• Support Cross-Docking processes.
• Configure and support SAP EWM Material Flow System (MFS).
• Design and implement communication between SAP EWM/MFS and warehouse automation equipment.
• Integrate SAP EWM MFS with:
  • PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
  • Conveyor Systems
  • Sortation Systems
  • AS/RS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems)
  • Shuttle Systems
  • AGVs / AMRs
  • Pick-to-Light / Put-to-Light Systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize warehouse automation and MFS processes.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and automation teams to deliver warehouse solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience
• Strong hands-on SAP EWM experience
• Strong SAP EWM MFS (Material Flow System) experience
• Experience integrating EWM/MFS with warehouse automation
• Experience with PLCs and automated material handling systems
• Experience with Conveyors, Sortation, AS/RS, Shuttle Systems, AGVs/AMRs
• Strong EWM process knowledge including Inbound, Outbound, Picking, Putaway, HU Management, Warehouse Tasks/Orders, and Cross-Docking
