Salesforce Architect/Sr. Administrator

As a Senior Salesforce Architect and Administrator, you will own the architecture, security, and day-to-day operation of Wesley Group's 350-user Salesforce org. You design the target data model and roadmap, build and review Flows and Apex (including AI-assisted development), manage Copado-based deployments, oversee key AppExchange apps and backups, and lead integrations with systems like NetSuite, Five9, and client portals while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, data model, and roadmap for a 350-user Salesforce org
• Act as design authority, enforcing standards and minimizing technical debt
• Build and maintain Flows, Apex, and automations using AI tools with robust reviews
• Administer security, sharing, SSO, and least-privilege access for client data
• Manage deployments, testing, and Dev
• Ops processes with Copado or similar tools
• Oversee App
• Exchange apps and Own
• Backup, including evaluations and maintenance
• Design, build, and support integrations with Net
• Suite, Five9, and custom portals
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
