Information Technology Specialist I

The LiRo Group is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I to support our construction-focused IT operations within the Information Technology (IT) department. Based in a collaborative, hybrid environment, you will provide hands-on technical support for office and field staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You'll assist with Microsoft 365, user administration, and project-site technology setups, helping keep critical infrastructure projects running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and escalated IT support to office and field staff
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and core business applications
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access control
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Support project sites with technology setups and coordination
• Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure upgrades and initiatives
