Job description

The Senior CAD/PLM Systems Analyst supports Kohler's global product development by leading CAD, PDM, and PLM platforms such as Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and Windchill. This onsite role configures and maintains systems, develops requirements, scripts, and reports, manages upgrades and rollouts, resolves complex technical issues, and guides standards, data integrity, and user training in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead and SME for CAD and PLM tools such as Creo, Auto
CAD, Solid
Works, Siemens NX, and Windchill.
Configure, maintain, test, and deploy CAD and PDM/PLM platforms, integrations, templates, and workflows.
Develop system requirements, technical specifications, automation scripts, and reporting for engineering systems.
Plan and execute software upgrades, release testing, rollouts, validation, documentation, and user communications.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support, resolving complex CAD/PLM and data issues at root cause.
Train and mentor users, support complex modeling needs, and coordinate a global super-user community.
Govern policies, standards, and lifecycle data processes for engineering systems and drawings.
Monitor licensing, utilization, and performance to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
