Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, backup systems)
Carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
Assisting with upgrades, installations, and infrastructure projects
Responding to incidents and helping resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime
Maintaining logs and documentation of maintenance and system performance
Supporting rack & stack, cabling, and basic hardware troubleshooting where needed
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in HVAC or critical facilities/data center environments
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (power, cooling, generators, etc.)
Hands-on troubleshooting mindset
Familiarity with data center environments is a strong plus
EPA certification beneficial but not essential
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-availability environment (including occasional on-call)
Salary:
Up to $90,000 base salary + Discretionary bonus
