Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in Commercial Banking to lead product initiatives and collaborate with Agile teams. The ideal candidate will own the product backlog, define business priorities, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and Scrum teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive product roadmap execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise product initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Strong Commercial Banking domain experience.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Data Products.
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture is a plus.
